ARDVARC will check your genome against historic genome data and point out places on the genome where future AMR-related mutations might occur. As a demonstration, ARDVARC is currently pre-programmed to focus on a certain bacterium and antibiotic: E. coli developing resistance against trimethoprim. In the future, ARDVARC will work for more genomes and more antibiotics.
